Nuvellure
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nuvellure collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nuvellure iOS app and its related services. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to tongthihangnga6893@icloud.com.
Information we handle
- Anonymous workspace and device information. The app creates an app-specific identifier and an anonymous account so it can keep your creations, credit balance, and purchases together. It may also send the account identifier, installation identifier, identifier for vendor, app and iOS versions, device model, language, country or region, and tracking permission status to Nuvellure's service. The app stores its session and installation identifier in the iOS Keychain.
- Content you choose for creation. When you select photos and start a creation after agreeing to AI processing, the app sends the selected media, template, and any prompt or creative direction needed to make the requested image or video. Generated results and creation history are associated with your anonymous workspace. Selecting media in the picker alone does not upload it.
- Purchases and credits. If you buy a subscription or credits, Apple processes the purchase. Nuvellure receives the transaction information needed to verify the purchase and maintain your membership, credits, and purchase history. Nuvellure does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
- Optional experience analytics. If you enable Experience Analytics in Profile, the app sends limited screen views, actions, creation stages, promotion interactions, and purchase flow outcomes through its Nuvellure-specific Firebase Analytics configuration. These events can be associated with app or device identifiers. Custom analytics events exclude your prompts, selected media, media links, credentials, purchase receipts, transaction evidence, and server task identifiers.
- Meta installation and session measurement. If you allow tracking, Meta’s FacebookCore SDK processes installation and app-session events, device and app information, advertising identifiers permitted by iOS, and the network information needed to deliver those events. Its SDK may also process technical diagnostic information. These events help measure advertising performance. Automatic Meta event logging and client-side purchase event reporting are disabled.
- Network and approximate location information. Requests to the service can reveal an IP address. Country or region and other approximate location context may be used to operate the service and, when tracking is authorized, for advertising attribution. Nuvellure does not request precise location access.
How we use information
We use this information to maintain your anonymous workspace, display the catalog, create and save requested images or videos, verify purchases, provide credits and subscriptions, show your history, respond to support and privacy requests, and protect the service. With your separate analytics choice, we use limited app interaction information to understand and improve the experience and purchase flow.
Your choices and deletion
- Photos. You choose which photos to use. You can manage the app's photo permissions in iOS Settings. Saving a finished result to Photos is optional and uses the permission requested by iOS.
- AI processing. You can withdraw AI processing permission in Profile. The app checks this choice before later uploads or creation requests. Withdrawal does not recall requests already sent or automatically delete existing results.
- Analytics. Experience Analytics is off by default and is separate from tracking permission. You can turn it off in Profile. The app then disables Firebase Analytics collection, resets its local Firebase analytics data, and clears pending local analytics source mappings. This does not automatically erase information already processed by a provider.
- Tracking. You can change Nuvellure’s tracking permission in iOS Settings. Declining prevents the app’s advertising attribution request and Meta initialization. Withdrawing permission after it was granted stops new app-initiated Meta activation events and advertising-identifier collection. A permission change does not automatically erase information already processed by Nuvellure or an advertising measurement partner.
- Delete content or your account. You can delete an individual creation from Library. You can request deletion of the anonymous account in Profile; once the service confirms deletion, the app clears the saved session and local creation history. Deleting the app alone may not delete service records. An active Apple subscription must be managed separately in your Apple account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below. Because the account is anonymous, we may need information that lets us identify the relevant workspace before fulfilling a request.
Retention, transfers, and security
Workspace information, creations, and purchase records are kept while needed to provide the app and maintain the account. When you delete the account, Nuvellure requests deletion through its service. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, purchase accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Apple, Google Firebase, Volcengine, Meta, and other advertising measurement partners may retain information they have already received under their applicable retention practices. Turning off an app permission does not itself delete those provider records. Contact us if you need details about a specific record or deletion request.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own where the service and its providers operate. The app uses HTTPS for its service requests and the iOS Keychain for its local session and installation identifier. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, service, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel.
