Get help

Email tongthihangnga6893@icloud.com with “Nuvellure” in the subject. Tell us your app version, iPhone model, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not email access tokens, purchase signatures, or private source media.

Create an image or video

Choose a treatment, add the number of source images it requests, and review the credit cost before generating. Some treatments also let you edit the creative direction. A network connection, an active membership, and sufficient credits are required.

A creation is still processing

Open Library to check its current status. If the app cannot confirm whether a request was created, check your history and balance before trying again; an unknown response is not proof that nothing was charged.

Find or restore a subscription

Open Profile to manage membership options or restore an eligible Apple subscription. Use the same Apple purchase account. Credits and generation history are associated with the app’s private workspace.

Save, share, or remove a result

Open a completed creation in Library. Its result controls allow you to save the media, share it, or delete the creation. Saving to Photos requires the appropriate system permission.

Manage privacy and your workspace

Profile contains the privacy information, AI processing permission controls, and workspace deletion control. Withdrawing AI processing permission prevents new generation inputs from being sent until you agree again. Deletion is completed after the service confirms the request.
